For the sake of updating the character's look, I give you all old information about her.

Name: Qess (pronounced Kess)

Age: 21 in Irken years, 168 in Earth years

Gender: Female

Likes: Children, alcohol, her apartment, cleanliness, personal space.

Dislikes: Being told what to do, not being able to do her job, things being out of order, humans (to an extent), filth.

Fears: Uselessness, lack of control, sex, Angering God.

Personality Traits: A near OCD workaholic with a whittled temper. When stressed, she tends to bury herself in paperwork in hopes that she'll forget her problems. She absolutly hates people who do work for her, which gives her an insecure sense of utter lack of use and worth. Though she has a short fuse, she has a soft spot for the helpless or stupid. She tends to be more strictly religeous that most Irkens and often prays to try to keep away impure thoughts about her co-workers.
Occupation: She has a strict affiliation with the Military Job Inspection Agency (MJIA) which mainly covers high class Military Intelligence (MI). This is where she would often go over evaluation paperwork gathered by information written about the client. This is to check up on the client's capeabillity of carrying thru and doing their job decisivley.
History: Elected and hand picked as an intern a year after adulthood, she has clambered her way up the ladder and has dug in a nitch. She coencides with her business friend Vipp, and a Door Guard Morri, which she has spent the majority of her adult life with. Though a seemingly normal business, there lurks traces of military mindset, and Qess has not gone unscathed. Corpral punishment was often a treatment from her employers if she wrote her information incorrectly, turned it in incompleted, which was pretty standard.
