Got a new fight commissioned, thanks to , and we're going to have Kunoichi Kombat! Yeah, well that spoils the opponent for the matchup really fast, doesn't it? Of course, if you got the preview on my Facebook page (Go and Like it already!!! ), you'd already know the matchup.

There is also a slight change in the way I approached coloring Mai. Instead of doing a color paintover on top of a black and white grayscale toned version, I did this with a layer of color flats and painting the character colors directly. I also retained a bit more of my pencilled lineart intact, for a slightly rougher look. I then embellished the brushstrokes by having a layer of rougher brushes on top.
