A bit different from my usual fantasy work, but I was quite happy this weekend when the rain washed away our heavy smoke. To celebrate the return of real non-smoke clouds, I went up to one of my favorite viewpoints in Seattle and took some reference photos, then worked on this painting from them. Man, but it's nice to breathe clean air again.
