The reason she's most likely not coming back is because after the lawsuit, Archie decided to make sure the situation never happened again so the dumped all characters that were not made by the current writing staff.

If only wishing for her return wasn't wishful thinking... Β The best we can do is keep her and the other Pender'd characters alive through fanart and fan comics. Β Hell, Ghosts of the Future is doing a good job of keeping Scourge around.
