This is Supersock but he is dressed in his hidden identity as Roger Rightfoot.

He has not many good superpowers, but he has the power of starchiness which means he can walk around without flopping over or having to have a foot inserted in him.

His evil nemisis CRAIG (who is a washing machine) has kidnapped his girlfriend LINDA LEFTFOOT (also known as supergirlsock) and made her lost. Roger is going to look for her but he is forgetful and says 'HAI' to everyone he sees... he enjoys meeting new people.
