They don't even know Gods name, and he won't tell anyone either. In the bible someone asked what his name was and he answered "I am what I am." Could he be any less cryptic?

The way I have seen it, I'd imagine at the very least a god to come up with a name we could relate to simply for our benefit, since we rely on that sort of information to properly even think about someone apparently. That or maybe God is trying to give some philosophical lesson about names being unnecessary I guess

Jesus sacrificed nothing. He KNEW he would come back in 3 days, he KNEW he would go to Heaven, so he didn't sacrifice a damn thing. Sure he was tortured, but in the grand scheme of things seeing how he is ETERNAL, the pain he felt on Earth would mean nothing.
