This is Cele who is a mod on PokéFarm. Cele is represented by a shiny Furret with a blue scarf and she keeps her GS Ball safe with her (like literally no touchy the GS ball she can and will body slam you!).

The mods sometimes do live videos on twitch. With one such video, there was a redeem point button that said Hydrate this was suppose to be a challenge and if redeemed the mods in the live would have to take a drink. Everyone was constantly clicking it and Cele had a 40oz water bottle! She kept saying no more hydrate when it came to one time that there were 10+ hydrates. I drew this during that live and was laughing during the whole thing. I hope y'all like it.
