20/12/2012End Of The World SpawnFest in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Azamoth are an Israeli Black Metal band.
I listen to this band a lot of years and at this concert it was the first time I saw them live, I pretty enjoyed the atmosphere they created, it was nice.
The photo has been taken for the Israeli metal webzine Ov Metal .

This is an epic picture. Though, I am a bit curious. I do like heavier music, but most black metal never really did it for me. As such, I've no idea who this band is. So I felt the need to ask, they're Israeli, right? Are they actually based out of Israel? I mean, after visiting the place and getting hounded for MY style and outward appearance, I can't imagine people were too accepting of having a black metal band in their presence.
If they're not, that's probably better for them. But if they are actually working out of Israel, these guys have my undying respect. It takes balls to be able to do that in such a censored place.

Yes they are based in Israel, and not only this, they are from Jerusalem
And there are many many Black Metal bands in Israel
And I dunno what you've seen when you been here, but Israel is kinda free country, you can do whatever you want and have any metal band

Always makes me happy to see art work that's already in my favourites get a DD, remember seeing this photo even before because it's really breathtaking and just amazing, so it definitely stayed in my memory. Difficult to forget something so great. And makes me even happier to see photos with themes like this finally getting some DDs, totally deserved, and congrats on it.
