i believe my phone was rooted at the time, but it was the stock lockscreen with just the system font changed (i believe i was using the reverie cm theme) and the weather implemented in through cyanogenmod. if not, it would have been xposed but i can't remember which modules i used as my phone isn't rooted anymore. sorry!!
