Guess I'm late to the party on this picture--but it's really great stuff!
I agree with your thoughts on working with scratch board. It's tough at first, but really fun to see your picture forming. And when you succeed with scratch board--it feels like you've really accomplished something. The finished pictures give a very different feel from other mediums, too.
Anyway, props for this. That texture is wonderful.

I've tried scratchboard before, but not with great results. C: I just bought some new scratching tools, so I'm thinking I'll take another crack at it. Hopefully, it will turn out just as half as good as this.
