In DPSC ( Digital Paint and Sketch Club ) we had an hour to make a poster and the print proceeds will go to Japan to help in the relief effort.Maybe mine is a little too scary... sorry! I should have just made something pretty haha.. oh man

It is somewhat strong, but strong messages sometimes are better. I agree with ~Astorite on the fact the tiger actually looks protective, though. It's still a great design, I like the texture in the brush strokes, and the stark red/white combination; Great job.

Before I read the description I was like "COOL RADIOACTIVE TIGER!" now that I know the context I feel bad

I think it's very well done, and also very strong in terms of design. The colors and figures are great, too. One critique is that it might look like she's afraid of something toward the viewer, and then the tiger almost seems protective.

Yeah I was thinking along the same lines too after I finished it.. it was kind of hard thinking about what I wanted in the image and the composition and all that junk in under an hour @___@

It is definitely a great result for an hour though, and you can always build on it again later or reuse it for a similar idea.

No no, this is gorgeous. And incredibly creative with the tiger and the radiation sign.
