I just bought the Prepare To Die Edition for my PS3 and after a few hours of gameplay I ended up in the lake where the two mushroom parents live. The funny part is I did not like to hurt them so I just stared at them and that hook send me flying
Man they know how to deliver a punch.

Do they really hurt that much? I've only been hit by the time I went to NG+2, and yeah they hurt, but also because it's NG+2. I have never been hit by them in NG.
