Species; Water Elemental, also called a Water Weird

Alignment; Neutral Good or Evil - water quality determines alignment

Personality; The quality of the water they are in greatly influences Aqua's overall personality. In water that is relatively free of contaminants and toxins, they are fairly agreeable and are docile.

However, should they find themselves in a pool of foul water, their personality becomes darker and much more sadistic, quickly turning them against any creature they may have viewed as friends before. This can be remedied if the water is somehow purified, though the creature loses all memory of its actions in its more brutal state.

Regardless, they are not afraid to fight anyone who crosses them - in their purified form, they try to avoid confrontation, but will fight to protect themselves and their allies. In their contaminated form, however, the fight becomes less about defending and more about taking pleasure from slaughtering their victims.

Abilities and Weaknesses

Liquid Manipulation; If it has water in it, Aqua can control it. However, this ability only applies to whatever body of water the elemental finds itself in. And if it is a particularly large body of water, this level of control weakens the further away from the elemental the water stretches.

Shape-Shifting; Aqua Marine can manipulate their form at will, though they primarily take two forms. One is more humanoid in appearance, though it has no legs and is mostly used to interact with friendly creatures. The other is a serpentine form that serves as its attacking form. Both forms are capable of contortionist poses.

Fire Immunity

Electric Absorption An ability that can be both a blessing and a curse. One must not be in a pool of water if the water elemental takes an electric based attack.

Weakness to Dryness Aqua can temporarily remove itself from a body of water - however, it cannot be out for long. Especially if the ground is something absorbent like sand.

I'm still coming up with things like background and all that.
