Tyranitar is a pain in the ass sometimes, due to their freakin "Sand Stream" Ability x~x... ohhh? Instead of Raining there should be a Sandstorm wtf? O:...

The heavy rain neutralizes the sand storm ability here. Because this is a VERY heavy rainstorm. Actually, I think Pokemon abilities can only change the weather if there aren't any special conditions, such as this one. If they aren't Kyogre or Groudon, that is. Or they can change the weather if it's caused by other Pokemon. Otherwise it would be too easy. I mean, have a Pokemon with Sunny Day in your team and the sun is always shining for you. o3o

Oh, my bad, but when i play, the Ability goes with the Speed D:, since Tyranitar is slow, his ability should work even when raining ,but oh well O:, guess i was wrong

You don't understand; this is not the game - this is a comic. That's why I said "I think" or "in my opinion" because it would be quite boring if everything would work like this. Also, OCTs encourage you to think out of the box, so don't lock yourself up too much becaus eof rules. That's all I wanted to say with this.
Also, this round implied a heavy rainstorm we have to include, and if Sunny Day won't make it go away, Tyranitar's abilities won't either. o3o
