The #elcheesedtiys DTIY from @msthemacosh from instagram!
Was really fun to work on ngl. I wasn't super sure with the composition at first, especially with the sketching stage. But I'm glad I stuck with it after testing out some colors, really liking the end results and like showing the duality of the two sisters. With Umbra (the black and white woman) being very clean and precise and then Joy (the non-black-white woman) being very energetic and fun and more painterly and less gradients
Also, couldn't find full reference for Joy so I just did whatever with the shoes and uhm, it's kinda ok ig lol, fits with Joy anyways
Ooh if you're wondering about who da hecc Umbra and Joy is, they're from the El Maco's painticshow , a webcomic she's working on with super funky characters and some interesting lore already out if you want to check. It also already got a lil prologue comic with younger versions of these two. If you got time, I recommend lol
