Rost is an angel. She is still pure which is why she still has a blue halo instead of a red one like Roxxe and Elith.

She was one of the top angels of following the angel code. She lives by the rules and isn't afraid to tell if her fellow angels are slacking in their work.
Other angels may talk behind her back, finding her annoying and a "teacher's pet" for snitching out on other angels. She knows she isn't a favorite among them, but this drives her to work harder on her work to show them what she does, she does great.

After having two failing angels to look over this cursed city, Rost would have been the perfect candidate knowing her strict attitude towards the angel code. She was sent down to become the next guardian angel, and so far, she hasn't fallen.

Working alone, she travels the city, keeping an eye on its citizens. Making "miracles" saving people from danger and bad events. She keeps meeting new people, some wanting to take advantage of her and her powers, some just want to have a friendly chat and ask about the world of angels.
