Description
The regions of France have undergone a lot of changes over the years, the most recent being in 2016, when the number of regions from twenty-two to thirteen. Also, since I made this three years ago, not all flags are correct as I really disliked the flag of the Grand Est, so I picked one I liked more, I don't do that anymore, I let bad flags be bad nowadays.
