He's an Ninjago OC alright. Vladimir is one of those OCs who mostly supports my other OCs.Vlad is a smoker, drinker, playboy, and a heck of a gambler.
He used to live near Master Wu's favorite tea shop, chatting with the owner as Wu bought tea leaves.
