I decided to post up the concept up to see what people thought, so please do comment what you think should be improved in his design! I know it's really sketchy and rough, but I don't want to make him look spiffy if I'm gonna change his design so... This is a joint project with my friend, Aina ^^

Bio: Spectrum Cloud has a confidence that can only be matched by his mother's. He is probably one of the most talented fliers in Equestria. He's very, very agile and quite fast. He dreamed of being a Wonderbolt as a preteen and thought he was good enough or even too good for them. However, he was always left in his parent’s shadow, which lowered his self-esteem quite a bit. After turning 16, his self-esteem rose up again after he was accepted into the new junior Wonderbolts academy (ran by his parents). Even though he may seem like a hot shot or a cool guy, he is actually very silly and enjoys having a good laugh and getting others to laugh. Gossip easily gets to him before of his lowered self-esteem, but so far he's been holding up well. When he was at the age of 5 his sister, Cloud Skater, pushed him off of a cloud to get him to fly, even though he didn't know how to fly. You can guess how furious Rainbow Dash was. Although from that, Spectrum learnt how to fly.

Flaws: A little cocky and a bit of a show off, and hates losing.
