The Okami, a race of wolf-like beings with a strong belief in the spiritual, are scattered - since their home world was destroyed many millennia ago by an unknown cause, they've lived wherever they could find refuge. So it's even more unknown where young Fubuki grew up. The public of the Ima Galaxy only gave any thought about him when he first hijacked a Galactic Senate freighter full of military weapons. Ever since, he's made scant appearances across the galaxy, mostly targeting Senate officials or bases.

However, Fubuki was forced to go into hiding when the Senate started upping its game with Miro weaponry restored from an ancient age - though old, these weapons were above anything that the modern age had to offer. He would have to find some capable allies in order to fight against the Senate. But why is he so dead-set on dismantling the Senate?

- Kinetic reduction: Creates a field that reduces kinetic energy from attacks, effectively slowing them down.

- Cryostasis: Encapsulates self in an icy shell that preserves his heat and vital energy, letting him recover. Said shell could also be used as a weapon.

- A short blade that projects a hard light edge. It's connected to its scabbard by a Miro link, so Fubuki can will the blade to warp back to it.

-= SHISENKO =-

- This plasma rifle with an extendable scope (for sniping) is actually a hard light construct from the holster, so he can "dispose" of it by dispelling its current form.

-= Idea: ODAYAKANA FUYU, Calm Mind and Land =-

- Still Wind: Creates a field that distorts time within it - for instance, a few minutes within could be a second outside of it.

- Tranquil Moon: Affects emotions, dulling certain ones and even amplifying others. Risky to dull all emotions with this, but...

- Ghost Flower: Makes physical objects temporarily intangible to him. Mainly used to get through defenses.

- Flash Snow: Carries his Ice Vector powers with light, improving their effective speed and range.
