Elijah and Tyron, and my OCs which were born over 10 years ago and who went through an extreme revamp lately.

Elijah Valentine, née Sanderson, is a vampire living in modern day London. Like most of his kin he tries to blend in with society since the world became a dangerous place with the dawn of the age of smartphones and Twitter. Most members of the sanguine vampiris keep a low profile, hunting in clubs and bars and mixing the act of drinking with the act of... well sex. Leaving their victims oblivous of what happened to them life could be quite blissful for the vampire society if there weren't those who give in to the hunger, who allow the beast inside to take over and with every victim killed are losing pieces of their humanity (amusingly enough we came up with this idea shortly before I started playing "Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines" only to realize this world followed a similar pattern).
Elijah, minor late Victorian nobility from birth but disinherited and disowned by his family for what he used to do with a stable guy, works as a bartender to provide for himself and his beloved sister Elisabeth, who he selfishly made a vampire too. He's also taking up the role of a part time enforcer for the local regent, hunting down kin who went too far and allowed the beast entrance into their soul.
On one of those missions he runs into Tyron Jaskar, a vampire hunter in his early 20s. While most people dismiss the stories about vampires, werewolves and such as myth a small group is aware of their existence and hunted them down since the dark ages. Formally lead by the church most modern vampire hunters, like Tyron, are far from religious. Hardened by his father's training from earliest childhood on, raised with a clearly cut distinction between good and evil, Tyron leads the life of a loner. He lives in a rundown flat and works nightshifts at a friend's gym (free training included) when not hunting for the bloodsuckers.
First mistaking Elijah for the killer of a poor soul in Hyde Park the two find themselves soon enough in the awkward situation of being forced to team up against a nasty vampire hitman, who almost manages to kill Tyron. Being saved by Elijah the young man faces a situation even worse than death. His father had always told him that nothing outweighs a life debt. Reluctantly sparing the vampire's life Tyron and Elijah stumble into an unhealthy and violent relationship of rough sex and deep distrust (what can I say, they are both horny fuckers!) which only becomes more complicated as Tyron's older brother, part of the murder squad of London Police, asks for his sibling's help. The poor soul in Hyde Park had also been a police man, working undercover trying to solve the mystery of people turning up seemingly being drained of all their emotions. Tyron and Elijah soon find themselves in the midst of a conspiracy which could change the face of London, and maybe the world, forever. And Tyron isn't quite sure he can believe Elijah's intention of stopping it. Rule 1: A vampire lies...
