Something quite different than usual, although I hope you will still like it
This is my personal drawing in traditional pencil-paper technique. I haven't drawn anything particular for so long that I almost forgot the feeling. Practice stuff is not the same as complete drawing. I got all rusty but I'm so proud that finally I create something that is 100% my own! Drawn on Canson paper with standard HB pencil, no refs.Colored version coming soon.
EDIT. I know it's not 100% anatomically correct (definitely not a reference material for students
). I failed while trying to tilt her head forward and keep the same expression. If it was to be published, I'd probably have to fix it, but I'm happy it isn't. Somehow I like the way it looks like now. And so much room for improvement with next drawings!

No, actually it wasn't intended. It was one of drawings I did just without planning or thinking about geometry or anatomy. Practicing doodle I decided to finish because I liked it. So it's full of faults, but I still love it

It's wonderful to see you do your own work. This is simply stunning! You made everything look so light and soft, something I fail to do in my own work. You need not be so hard on yourself, this is amazing and if I was an art teacher, I'd show it to my students for teaching purposes. You really should do more personal works. This really is amazing and I can't wait to see it colored!

Ula, It's so cool to see you finally getting to pull out a pencil! You keep amazing me with all of your talents. I've really got to get back to work on my own art and style. With the current changes in my life I will try to put more time into what I love.

Facial features are vertically compressed too much. More space between the eyes and the base of the nose is needed. OTherwise, very nice.

Thanks! Yeah, rusty. I used to draw with more ease and confidence when I was doing commissioned portraits. On the other side, I learned A LOT of anatomy while coloring, so I regret nothing
