Wow, that's fantastic! I still don't know how these types of animations are made at all with the 3D effect of the twist added to flat painted layers. Is it After Effects or Flash that you manipulate the layers in to achieve such results? Or is it some other piece of software entirely? Or trade secret? Amazing work anyway.

I like the fact that this is actually 2-d animated and had the illusion of being 3-d animated. Just goes to show on how talented you really are.

Thanks! I actually drew a sketch of Cala Maria couple of months ago but never got a chance to complete the digital painting of it. Maybe when I have more time, I'll work on painting and animating Cala Maria too
