FINALLY!!! i have coloured this fella in with 4 days to go. ;v;I dunno what to name him yet sadly... but tbh im just glad i coloured the picture in before Mermay ends.
Also he is meant to be tanned too like Roa/Loa Barneys from Mermaid Boys, but hey i suck at colouring in...
And don't mind the background.... it's mean to be water but turned into something... different.... (I SUCK!!!)
Hm.. maybe i should change his tail to... something darker....? i dunno....
Edit: um.. i gave him a black tail.... BUT i added silver patterns on his tail too so his tail don't copy Roa that much....
