I have a reason for calling this "survivor".Have you ever waited 3 months for a flower to bloom? I can say I have for this daffodil. Recently down in the south we have had an arctic blast and it's killing everything in it's path. We had to cover the plants cause as you can tell this one in particular is out in the yard. We didn't choose where it grew. It's wild. A bird dropped it by about 3 years ago and it grows every year. Erm... This plant has been through torture.
Reason why the buds are facing the ground, it's not me doing it. When I covered the plant it had just bloomed and because of the wind and the weight of the sheet it bent the stem
so it's bent but still alive 
It's a fighter! LOL!I did not edit this EXCEPT I cropped out the annoying leaf using PAINT
the green is so vibrant and usually my pics don't come out like this without some kind of tweeking ^^hehe!
Taken with my Nikon D3000 used a UV filter and a polarizer.
