Poster showed Meliodas as an adult even though
He's immortal and thus still looks like a child even after 10 years.

The Triangle Tattoo Rune thingy is on the wrong side as an intentional joke. It's supposed to show how hilariously inaccurate Evil Trace was portrayed as by his followers. To seem more fierce and strong than he actually was.

To be honest back in the day a lot of artist was improving the portraits they were doing. Nobody want look ugly and happy customer hire you again and sometime even tip you well.
