Here's another quirk combination meme, round 13 but it's called the dead edition because one party in each entry is currently dead in the series~

One For All (All Might) + Foresight (Sir Nighteye) = Multiverse (Emitter)
While I can definitely understand why people ship them and/or think they might have together at one point in the past, I've personally always preferred All Might with Inko (Deku's mom).
I know One For All can't be passed on genetically but if it theoretically could, a combination of it and Sir Nighteye's ability to see into the future would make a truly omni-present quirk called multiverse which unsurprisingly, allows the user to view alternate universe versions of up to two individuals via physical contact. The user can only view one alternate universe at a time but like in the case of Sir Nighteye's quirk, they can't use their quirk more than once in a 24 hour period. Using their quirk on two people at the same time lets the user see what the relationship between them specifically is like in an alternate universe.

Sandstorm (Snatch) + Hellflame (Endeavor/Enji Todoroki) = Vitrify (Transformation)
It's hard to say what sort of dynamic they would've had since we didn't get to see much of Snatch's personality before Dabi killed him but I don't think there's any reason to ship them when Endeavor x Hawks exists.
It's also a good thing that these two could never have a child because a combination of Snatch's ability to turn his upper body into sand and Endeavor's flames would make a cool but extremely difficult to master transformation quirk called vitrify which allows the user to turn either parts of their body or their whole body into glass. This can make their physical attacks hit much harder but also makes themselves much more vulnerable to injuring themselves in the process. They can 'shatter' which is literal when the user is in their transformed state but translates to serious cuts and even broken bones after they transform out of their glass state.

Jet (Gran Torino) + Float (Nana Shimura) = Flight (Emitter)
This ship isn't too bad, in fact it wouldn't surprise me if these two actually did have an affair before Nana was killed.
If there is a kid out there somewhere with these two as parents, a combination of Gran Torino's ability to expel air the soles of his feet and Nana's floating ability would make that kid have an emitter quirk called flight which as the name suggests, allows the user to fly. Flight is really just an overpowered version of Gran Torino's quirk, so it's limited by the user's lung capacity.

Somnambulist (Midnight) + Brainwashing (Hitoshi Shinsou) = Hypnosis (Emitter)
While I do think an interaction between them would be entertainung due to Shinsou's similiarity to Aizawa, there's no good excuse for pairing an adult with a minor.
Maybe it's for the best that they could never get together because a combination of Shinsou's brainwashing ability and Midnight's sleeping gas would make an emitter quirk called hypnosis which like the previous entry, is an overpowered version of Shinsou's quirk. Instead of someone having to verbally respond in order for brainwashing to occur, a person only has to inhale the gas put out by the user to be under their control.

Cloud (Oboro Shirakumo) + Electrification (Denki Kaminari) = Thunderstorm (Emitter)
Not sure if this counts since Oboro technically still lives on as Kurogiri but I definitely see Oboro and Kurogiri as seperate people even if they share the same body, so I think it still counts but regardless, pairing Oboro with one of Aizawa's students is even more creepy than the average adult/minor ship given that Oboro and Aizawa were best friends before his 'death'.
It's kinda unfortunate that it's impossible for them to have even met much less have a kid because a combination of Oboro's clouds and Denki's electricity would make a super cool emitter quirk called thunderstorm which is essentially a more offensive version of Oboro's quirk. In addition to having the transportation and defense capabilities that Oboro's clouds had, the clouds created by this quirk would also have the offensive ability of shooting lightning as well as being able to grow bigger than Oboro's clouds ever could by using any electric energy in the air.
