Nice drawing! However this would never happen. Police officers cannot shoot a fleeing suspect. In this comic the police officer shoots the man when he is running away. That is not allowed...other than that this is very good looking.

well that's were my sucky story telling comes into play, He shoots him out of revenge. You don't know it cause some times my story telling really blows.
indeed shooting a fleeing crimminal is it not allowed and "RIGHT ye be!" in honor of Pirate speaking day here on DA!

This page took me close to 5 hours, I had to do it quickly because there wasn't much time left to submit it.
I had a window of two days to get 3 pages done.

The story is a bit unrealistically hollywood. I like this for the style though.

Yeah it is! I had to come up with a plot in like, five minutes and this is what I did.
It aint J.R.R Tolkien, but it works.

Mm, influence by Frank Miller? The BLAM thing seems to be used by him occasionally. I did something similar in Flash using the BLAM notion, kinda an animated version of one of his pages. Check it in my gallery if you can be bothered. Anyhow, good stuff, congrats on the DD.

I saw that animation Awesome job! I dont know a lot of flash. I dabble in some animation, but it's just for kicks! Great job though! I wish I could do it.
I wouldn't say frank miller alone does this. many before him and many more after him will do much of the same. If not better!

You've got some amazingly tight skills. The details are clear and sharp and the characters look pretty darn realistic.
I think the gunshot to the leg panel at the bottom is probably getting a lot more emphasis than it needs, but then again I can't be sure if that was a style choice on your part or the decision of the writer.

Aww, poor sucker! He looks too young to be involved in that sort of crap. @_@ Well, not too young to be involved, but he shouldn't be at that age.
Love the last panel. The "BLAM" background really gives the scene the dramatic finish it needed. It gives the illusion of all other sound stopping for this one instant--plus the leg!! OUCH!
