Looks more like SS4 to me. SS5 should have considerable differences from SS4.

Basiclly I just made my own SSJ stage witch looks just like SSJ 4 cept all his hair is golden.

I guess that could work too. What if the ancient ancestors that Vegeta kept talking about were actually SS4 already, but the ancestors didn't consider that to be an actual transformed state. When they actually did transform, they became what we would know as SS5, but to them, it would have been SS1. Vegeta implied that they were supposed to be the most powerful warriors. The saiyans probably had to fight a lot to survive so long ago, so SS4 was a natural thing. Maybe at some point, the saiyans stopped needing a reason to fight so much, and over time, downgraded. Earlier episodes of DBZ revealed saians to have been a what we would consider a primitive race or nature dwellers, so they probably never kept written records of these events and it was forgotten over time.
