Description
One of my main interests is recreating medieval & earlier style weaponry. This is a simple peasant's flail, used for threshing. When the common farmer was forced into a combat situation, they had to rely on what weapons were at hand. While the flail is a bit unwieldy, it excelled in getting behind a better armed opponent's shield.
