Well, I think this is my favourite picture from this years Guy Fawks night
It's the massive bonfire in Lochee Park
It got alot bigger than this

This photograph has caused me a strange emotion, a mix of happiness and sorrow, fire can do this kind of thing to people. It makes you feel so disarmed, burning things always means taking things from the past and deciding to throw them away, to not remember them again. I think that's what hit me most in this picture. And as I say the best pictures are those which cause emotion, you must be a real artist...

love this picture, absolutely amazing, you could almost feel the flames! Reminds me of Rammstein...
Speaking of Guy Fawkes, when I was three I spent a year living in London cos Dad was studying for a MA in audiology. Now back then I was literally terrified of fireworks, in Malta we have a long tradition of fireworks in relation with our summer festas. Mum was relieved when we left Malta cos I used to make such a fuss. Now as it happened we arrived in London at the start of November... so you can imagine my reaction... and hers...
Looking back I find it funny, this photo brought back some very old memories...
