Well to what we see no, but neither do the survivors, they also don't use the bathroom or wash, we just assume they do these things because they're alive.

Well there is graffiti in one saferoom that says "They don't EAT, they don't SLEEP, WHAT KEEPS THEM GOING?!" And you never see them eat, they just wanna kill.

Well it seems to be debatable as there ain't no solid truth, but I think they feed, something has to keep them going. I don't think they feed on living though.

The way I see it, the infected have increased endurance and adrenaline, and they can ignore hunger as well as tiredness, but because of that, they'll all die out from the lack of food and sleep, even the specials.
