a big desire of this guy is to can fly, but he's not very successful (like, not at all).he made the wings all by himself so the only real feathers are those on his helmet-thingy
dunno whether i will make him an official chara or not. but for now it's just random steampunk character design (at least i hope it looks like steampunk)
Also it's a bit shame, but some details got lost in this resolution, oh well ._.
and i would like to dedicate this to *rai1 ...coz..i think she might like it, i guess. sorry if those wings are a little bit off, didn't use any refs

A steam-punky version of Icaros? Maybe that has already been said. I like it anyway.
For some damn reason, he makes me think of Atlantis. Not the Disney-trainwreck, but the actual mythological place. It was said to have had technology far in advance of the other cultures around it at the time of its disappearance. And this guy looks like on of the lost Atlantanians. Smeg knows why, he just does.

I actually have more of a steampunk view of Atlantis. Like Rapture in BioShock but with less Splicers and Big Daddies and more Eutopia.

Yeah, he definately looks steam punk dear, and changing up the 'I can fly' story just makes him more loveable x3
His set up kinda remind me of the greek story of Icarus, but more modern and... steamy.
