Description
The model shown here represents a DRD (Diagnostic Repair Drones) service robot, a biomechanical device built in order to service Leviathans like Moya the living starship which features prominently in the science-fiction series, Farscape. DRD's are linked to the ship's pilot and act as an extension of its will. Often working together on board a ship, they act as repair and maintance 'personnel' and even shipboard security. In reality the average DRD measures approximately fourteen inches long by ten inches wide and about eight inches high.
