Well i dont think i have done a night time-ish pic before so i decided to give one a go.. and this is what i came up with xDIm quite happy with it :3 Im just still having fun messing around in Photoshop xD; but im learning stuff so its all good i suppose :3

A tips if you wanna get a more nighty look, use darker colours for the start, and don't do all the lightnings with just white or the dodge tool, maybe you could use yellow from the moon or someting like that, or maybe pale blue. It's just a tips, contrasts is more night like.. ehr.
