How does Vincent hack?

As I mentioned last time, there’s a side of Vincent very few knows. So looking at his official bio, I decided to do add a little backstory and came up with this; he’s secretly a lot smarter than he looks and is a proficient psychic thanks to his genetic defect which allows him to do stuff such as disable equipments, blow up transformers and even peak into your mind to steal your bank account details (i.e. he uses his mind to "hack" into things instead of a smartphone).

He still can’t use aura to save his life though.

Of course you may be wondering why he doesn’t just use psychic directly on someone. Well, my idea is that using psychic on a living being is more mentally demanding than on inanimate objects, especially if the target has training against psychic intrusions or is using psionic protection gear like these two PMC contractors here. So you can guess that trying to mind control someone in the middle of a firefight isn't a good option especially since Vincent isn't naturally a psychic type making it all the more harder for him.

When it comes to actual hacking though, Vincent has to rely on the help of others (you can guess who they are).
