i guess this is kind of an unofficial critique but here goes!
i love the color balance of this site, green is a difficult color to pull off when using it as a background, mainly because monitors are RGB and it vibrates too much.. but this is a lovely shade, very soft and calming yet bright and not washed out. my only quam with the general aesthetic would be the grassy texture separating the footer, as it's a different shade from the green you use everywhere else.. i would use more of the bamboo texture instead maybe? some random leaves poking out, or something growing in the middle, as this site would expand to the width of the monitor and it would help draw the eye to a central point on bigger resolutions. plus it would be cute
i would love to see this fullsize as it's hard to fully feel the balance, but i feel that the menu is slightly to sharp for the general aesthetic, maybe its the heavy grey but maybe a slightly different way to tab it without using a gradient? the artwork already pops out so well from the page, buttons can take a slight step back in dimension but without losing their visual attention. it might help to have a style for a main button, and a style for secondary buttons (for instance, read more) without necessarily drawing into a different style, but tying them together visually.
i love the log in area, perfect! the flower illustration is really pretty and maybe needs some more flowers or something in a similar style to populate the area a bit?
Consistency in fonts and headers is also important as it helps organize different pieces of information!
All in all, you are definately on the right track and i hope to see this design develop further!

the head with the flower looks stunning ^^but all in all it makes frustrating impression on me, too massive.. maybe make backgroud of the body a bit more calm?
