Beautiful job on the whole thing! Along with her femminine willes, I think there's an element of allure in her pose, and where you placed her hands, that's important.
Unfortunateley, I lack the proper braincells for a constructive criticism, but know for a digital comission, even a first, this is pretty darn good.

The drawing is great, but I don't like the colors that much. Maybe it's when I read the title and look at her pose I don't think the colors play along with the theme. That imho, though.

i didn't find any pic of her in *Sarialinde 's gallery, how did you get to draw her : only with a description or did you get a reference ?
I'm a bit sad *Sarialinde didn't commissioned a background with it, 'cause i can easily imagine her looking up at the stars one night... *just my imagination 
i see you put only one layer of shading, so the following remark can be ignored - but i have to speak my mind 
her right leg is all in the shadow and of the same way, in one "color" and looks all flat, on the other hand, you worked the shading AND the light on her left leg with makes it coming out greatly. But both legs side by side (well, it'd surely be very strange if they weren't side by side 
It's less obvious for the top of her left boot, but i suppose it's because my screen is too dark and i can't really see more to judge and because as there's a part of the boot into the light, it's more okay.
i know it's a commission and as long as the commissioner validated it, you don't have to do anything mroe on it; but you get through my critic so easily with such bad excuses
