This is nothing to do with the moon...but I do love the Moonlight Sonata.
How about this from the music every year on Rememberance day for the end of the 2nd world war.This is an early one but the 2015 one isn't on yet!!I've just listened to it again on the tv.

I was writing that Elgar and Ravel wrote such lovely music commemorating
their deceased friends in that Great War. Not so great, just so many young
people dying, 'doing their bit.' I used to play Nimrod at the piano, but never
memorized it. I put it on my Face book Timeline. THANKS SO MUCH....it's
bookmarks for times I'm feeling sad.Β

I've listened again to the Elgar,,,,He really gets to me!!!
I also put Debussy's Clair de Lune with the Moonlight Sonata That was one of the first pieces I loved as a child!!!

A mellow day indeed for all of us....we had hurricane winds and rain
blow in over night...totally blew over my platform bird feeder. Really,
winter "...ist a comin' een!"

We've got hurricane Abigail coming .Poor Scotland and the Scottish Islands are due for Β 90 mile an hour winds...if not more,,,,If they have bird feeders theirs will be like yours....We are just in the right place ....missing it all!!!saying that we have had winds and our house is surrounded by trillions of leaves...all squelchy and coming in the house if you open a door!!Winter certainly is a coming!!!

Well, hang on dear Trish. Yep, the Chickadees were
watching me set back up the feeder. And swoop down they
did, once erected again. Those Lucky Birds....hope you can
hunker down and hope for the best for Your Isle.
