Description
This is a 1/2 sheet yellow sponge cake with white whipped icing done for a Vocational school who was taking a trip to the coast.My new favorite trick with icing is waves. I figured out how to do them really well.

I used a star tip to make random wiggly lines and a small spatula to drag back to make the wave's shape. Then I air brushed it blue.

That is amazing. The person who said you weren't cool? Ya, totally woulda said somethign along the lines of 'You know, teachers usually tell you you're really good to boost your morale when you're terrible. So you keep trying to improve and shit. Because what teacher is going to tell you 'You suck now either switch to something else or end your life'?' But then, I'm mean, and I'm going to school to be an art teacher. So what would I knooow? lolol.

Frosting with a spatula is kind of hard. With a tip though it's really easy.

I never use a spatula, they're too big. I use these little cake decorating things my grandma has.
