I love the way it loks like it's really winding around...and the fact that it loks like fur and not fire, as people would usually say. The head design is simple, yet really elegant, and the fact that it doesn't have legs makes it more serpentine and thus, cooler and that much more interesting to look at. I take it that it might be used as a tattoo? Plus, I love the fact that you chose to keep it at black and white. Not even any grey! It makes it look flat, yes, but in a good way that makes it seem almost...what's the word?...pure dimensional? Like, it's in pure color, and yet it looks like it's from another dimension... *is at a loss for words today...=_=*
Overall, I like it. Very interesting for the eye to look at. You have wonderful talent...I'd like to see more of these...^__^

Yeah, it was supposed to be a tattoo design for a friend of a friend. In hindsight, it wouldn't really make a good tattoo, though I do like the creatures and plan to use them some more in my art... eventually.

I absolutely adore the winding motion that this has. The way that the dark portion and the white seem almost twisted together instead of part of the same is fascinating to the eyes. It has a feeling also of black flame and white... two extremes in the same being.
I like how it could also conceivably be seen as fur-like, rather than flame-like. The design itself is interesting without interpretation, which is probably the most fitting way to view something labeled "void."
