Nooo this isnt Jolty, that overly busty Jolteon girl floating around lolIntroducing Sandy, short for SandΔsu (the Japanese name for Jolteon) shes quick on her feet, got fighting on the brain and can knock you into next week with a mean "ZapCannon"
Actually an entire reform from the top right image of this deviation i did [link] I think this pose works much better for a girly Jolteon than it ever would have for Yeomi, Plus Jolteon is my fave pokemon of all time, but yet i have never done this O_o
There is a high chance of a full coloured version of this, the pose just came out sooooo well X3
