I've been in the mood to draw this character for... quite some time. In fact, I've never drawn her before. This is Princess Mindy from the original SpongeBob SquarePants movie, a character who is said to be a child at heart, although she is to assume the responsibilities of the Neptune's crown someday (and no, her head's not going to be bal... err... "thinning").

Mindy is quite an attractive mermaid with a bright smile to her, to the point that it's no wonder that Patrick Star has a crush on her. Mindy also has "mermaid magic" (which is supposedly staged) which she uses to help her friends and loyal subjects overcome their fears.

Personally, I think that Mindy could have been utilized better if Nickelodeon had been allowed to use her in the show proper outside the movie, although I've noticed that she had since cameo'd in "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout".
