Alright then, feel free to ask anything about this new OC of mine, right after you've read the chunk of info I'm about to write here.

Like Li Xiang, Mist is also a Grim Reaper Substitute, except her power was inherited from her mother.

Her mother was previously a Grim Reaper Substitute working in the squad in the neighbourhood they're living in now. She was once nicknamed "The Silent Assassin", sarcastically. Her weapon was a chainsaw and she kept shouting unnecessarily while she was fighting.

Now her daughter is staying true to the...uh, true meaning of her mother's nickname. Mist, unlike her mother, doesn't make any noise while throwing her darts. In fact, this girl doesn't even talk to her peers at all.
Her mouth remains closed most of the time, with the exception of saying bombastic words like "paradox" or "flamboyant" or even "lacklustre" at times (or at least bombastic words for an eleven-year-old)

With that last sentence, its clear that she has a good command in English. Her father carries European blood, while her mother, Japanese (don't ask about this, please).
However, her command in other languages is practically zero. She can only count up to 3 in Japanese, and can't even write any Japanese words.
Her mom's not upset though, cause even she doesn't know the language well enough to teach her daughter.

Oh yeah, her father works as a train conductor. That might explain the fail hat I drew for her, for the picture on the extreme right.

Mist also has a problem with her aiming.
Although her weapons are darts...well, just see the dotted lines on the picture itself. Her darts NEVER hit the target. EVER.
The leader of the squad that she's in now is still trying to figure out why she aims so badly. Mist won't say a thing. Her parents doubt she has myopia. She could have had a medical history for dyslexia but her parents KNOW her eyesight is PERFECT. Her parents might as well be blind.

The only people whom she really talks to are her parents.

Oh yeah, her mom's responsible for her helmet-like hairstyle, which covers her eyebrows too (if she has eyebrows).

Li Xiang claims she hates her to the core. Something about how quiet-kids-who-can't-aim-well-should-stay-at-home and whatnot. Mist doesn't give a shit.
