I actually recreated this by using TSR Workshop to export some human parts and clothes from The Sims 3 to make his robes, boots and pants. I couldn't find the best hairstyle anywhere on TSR Workshop, so I had to use the hairstyle from Skysims from The Sims Resource.Credit to Skysims from The Sims Resource for the hairstyle.
