There will be a lot of progress made with both the visual elements and animation, and that confidence will really build up as you finish each emoticon for it (Haha! XD That's the first thing I think about when I look at the 67% one too.).

Nah, it's meant to show the different sorts of emoticon expressions (since the theme of the contest was 'Smileys'). Also, I'm not really sure how to make emote packs without somehow messing something up (I remember trying to make them a couple of times before without submitting them
