So vampire ponies. They're totally a thing. Not just those bat pony guards that Luna has pull her chariot thing, but full-fledged vampires. And Flutters here may be one of 'em now. I originally didn't know what to think about this episode when I read the synopsis. It seemed like just a basic "AJ wants to get rid of pests, Flutters wants to protect them" plot. And for the most part, it kind of was. But then the problem is "solved" about half-way through the episode, and THIS happens. Maybe I should have expected it, maybe some of you did, but it totally threw me for a loop. The first time she glances at that apple like its the greatest thing she's ever seen I thought, "No, they're not gonna do something like that... are they?" And then BAM! Vampire Fluttershy, just like that. Not just the fangs, but big bat wings, and even kind of adorable fuzzy bat ears to seal the deal. Bottom line: Flutterbat is best Fluttershy, and probably also best bat.

I've decided to make these quick art type things each week for the new episodes, and submit them at least before the next one airs. I'll be referring to each of them as "Things a Week" or TaW. With season 4 in full swing, I'll be focusing on episodes as they air, week by week.
