this could have turned out a lot better, but overall, its not terrible. the hair took a very long time. probably looks like crap though. anywho, this is just a picture of Kira in some fire and, its tilted and . . . yeah, this was pretty damn epic when i was drawing it because i was listening to the most epic music of all time. so amazing. but the number one song that contributed to this masterpiece was "in the beginning" by city of the fallen. its a pretty awesome song, instrumental. you should listen.well, i'm out.

ooh, i like it a lot. its really detailed, the eyes look a little big. also, i don't think its humanly possibly to have breasts like that, but other than that, i really like it. you're very good at shading.

Well, don't forget that having big eyes and big breasts is very common in todays Manga and Anime. For example take the female characters of Bleach, some of them have chest sizes as big as basketballs. Just take a look at this image: [link]
But then again this is an early full figure drawing of my 2nd OC: Alicia Darksteel, I was still trying to work out not only in her design, but my manga style as well. But sadly it wasn't going so well for me, the only thing I was doing right was the shading that's it. In the end like you with this drawing, I wasn't satisfied with her over all character design and costume design. It took me three years to come back and redesign this OC again, the early drawing was done in 2007.

that picture was fanmade so it's not very accurate. they're not quite that size. also, yes, i do know that a lot of them are supposed to be that way, it just bothers me personally. i try not to do that, but usually it ends up that way anyway. it just bothers me because i know that it's not really possible. but since it was an opinionated comment, i never should have said it. it's your character.
also, i totally understand the character development thing. it's taken me four years to get my characters right. i like it when people are able to stick to their characters for such a long time. good job.

Have you ever watch the anime Bleach or seen all the fanart and anime wallpaper? Because believe me that fanart drawing is accurate and that goes the same with every other fanart of that particular anime.
But I feel the same way, as a manga artist I try to be a little realistic with my female OCs anatomy and chest sizes, making them either A to D and maybe size DD but that it Any bigger than that is pushing it, and looks ridiculous to me.
But I guess it's just the trend that today's manga and anime are going towards having a lot of fanservice. Which is the one problems I have with today's anime and manga. There is either too many Moe-type anime or anime that have too much fanservice which some of them go overboard with it.

i have watched it.
anywho, i try to stay away from shows with characters like that. just as you said, too much fanservice. there are a few like those that actually have good plots still. i'll watch those ones.

1. Well, yes there are indeed some anime that have good plots. For me personally I like the anime Strike Witches, It would been a lot better if they didn't go overboard with the fanservice though. ^_^;

oh yeah, i really liked it. there was so much detail on her jacket! it overwhelmed me. she kind of reminded of Hinata Hyuuga because of the jacket. Alicia is really pretty.

Yes, your the first one to guessed that right. ^_^
Because Hinata Hyuga's costume was so simplistic front and back. All I did was basically imagine adding on to it and making changes to it here and there. Until I ended up with this design.
And I think that was the first time I design a costume with a hood. When it came to designing Alicia Darksteel's costume, it had to be something that fit her unit class which is Saboteur.
All in All, I think I did well with this costume. And I like this much more then her old one.
