I’ve completely forgotten about Paul Rugg’s birthday a few weeks ago (Oct. 21 to be exact)! So the story behind this drawing I made is that his character from The 7D, Lord Starchbottom, is having a birthday party. Dopey presents his birthday cake, but he trips and the cake landed on Starchy!
