I promise myself i'll stopI promise others i'll stop
But it's all a lie.
I try to stop
I do for quite a while
But then i just relapse.
I cant help myself
When i feel the need
Its just self punishment . . . I mean help.
I'd be wrong in saying
That others make me feel this way
Because theyre not doing it . . . i am.
I get accused of horrid things
I get called an attention seeker
Why would i draw blood for attention.
I hate myself
I hate how i act
I hate what i do to everyone . . . including myself.
Thats why i dont flinch
Or stop myself from continueing
Because i know i deserve it.
It's all my fault
And im sorry.

...believe me I know how that feels too. People come ask me for help. I give them advice, then I think to myself, "now why can't you just follow your own advice? things would be so much better..." :/ issokay<3

I'm glad I'm not alone on that... it's totally understood. you're definitely not alone here. It's ridiculous. I'm slowly growing to start following my own advice though. Slowly but surly
But when it comes to stopping this addiction... i can never promise anything about it.
